"History repeats on Kangaroo Island"

Today history will repeat when a 1937 DC3 will land at Kangaroo Island and be met by a 1947 original KI Roadlines Coach. "It's just like the 1940's revisited" said Chris Carpenter Manager of Mirror Image Vintage Touring Company.
We have been instrumental in putting the magic back into touring and this is certainly bringing back the Golden Era of air travel.

Dakota Air based at Bankstown NSW will be touring Kangaroo Island as part of their Wild Island Package. Clients are travelling from all over the globe to experience the last
great undiscovered wilderness on Earth.
Matilda on Kangaroo Island
It is certainly an adventure of a lifetime and to do it in such style and grace of a by gone era. Part of the highlights is the 3 days of touring on Kangaroo Island with the original KI Roadlines coach. This old girl affectionately known as "Matilda" will be introducing our overseas guests to such attractions as Koala Avenue, Seal Bay, Flinders Chase National Park and the Remarkable Rocks. The DC3 and Matilda will arrive in Kingscote at 12.30 Thursday and will depart on Saturday at 08.30.
